RV & Motorhome Smog Check
Your RV needs a smog check just like your car does — but not every station is set up for a vehicle that takes up that much room. At MT Star Smog Check, we test motorhomes and RVs at both of our locations. We're a family-owned, STAR-certified, test-only station, so smog checks are our whole business, big rigs included.
Our RV smog check is a flat $120. (Please note: our $10-off coupon isn't valid for RVs.) Because RVs are larger and take a little more room to position, we recommend calling ahead before you come in — we'll let you know the best time to roll in and make sure everything goes smoothly when you arrive. Walk-ins are welcome too, and you can book online and pay in person.
Most smog checks at our shops take 15–20 minutes, and we'll work to get you in, tested, and back on the road — or back to planning your next trip — as quickly as we can.
Getting your registration squared away at the same time? We also handle DMV paperwork in-house, including registration renewals and title transfers, so your RV is fully road-ready in one stop.
